Training will be given to Committee Members to ensure alcohol is not sold to persons under age or who are drunk and disorderly.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The Village Hall Committee will agree to police requests and requirements in relation to SIA Registered door supervisors. Also other occasions would warrant no admittance/re-admittance after 2330 hours.
Not less than 10 working days written notice will provided to the Licensing Authority and Lincolnshire Police when Event Days in respect of the Football World Cup are planned.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
There will be no Live Music outdoors after 2030 hours.
All doors and window will be closed during periods of entertainment.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Children are protected from buying or drinking alcohol by the fact that the bar is out of bounds to all under 18’s (this includes small children with parents).
The Bar area is located in a separate room within the hall separated by double doors which will be locked when not is use.
There is no access behind the bar from the customers side without keys, additionally the bar is secured by a metal grille which is in place and locked when not in use.
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
Citizencard
Portman Prove it Card
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
