Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent With the Operating Schedule
General
Period of premises licence - starting August 2013 - licensable activities may be provided for one weekend (three days) in August.
There shall be written notice given to Lincolnshire Police Licensing, Lincolnshire Police Event Planning, Head of Community Fire and Safety for Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue, Head of Emergency Planning for Lincolnshire County Council, or their equivalents, of the date of any event, to be given no later than 3 months prior to the date of the event.
An event notification form shall be submitted to the Local Licensing Authority no later than 3 months prior to the date of said event.
The Licence Holder or their representative shall attend Safety Advisory Group meetings or their equivalent, as requested and shall comply with guidance, advice and timescales given.
No later than 14 days before the event, the Premises Licence Holder or their representative shall submit the relevant event management plan to the satisfaction of the Safety Advisory Group or their equivalent.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Security staff and marshalls will be on site and in radio contact.

The Protection of Children from Harm
All children attending an event will be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
The premises licence holder will ensure that there is a ‘Lost Children Policy’ for the event. A copy of the policy must be deposited with the Licensing Team. The policy will include the provision of a lost children meeting point and wristband procedure.
The premises licence application indicated that adult entertainment, services or activities will not be provided. Therefore the premises may not provide adult entertainment (that is, lap dancing, pole dancing, striptease, etc.).
