Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent With the Operating Schedule
General
A tariff of charges made in the refreshment house shall, during the hours of late opening, be kept displayed so that it can conveniently be read by persons frequenting the refreshment house, before entering.
Persons shall not seek to obtain custom for the refreshment house by means of personal solicitation outside or in the vicinity of the refreshment house.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
In order to minimise noise breakout from the premises, the premises licence holder (or his/her nominated person) will monitor and control sound levels during periods of live music or regulated entertainment.
The Protection of Children from Harm
The premises licence application indicated that adult entertainment, services or activities will not be provided. Therefore the premises may not provide adult entertainment (that is, lap dancing, pole dancing, striptease, etc.).
