The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The provision of a minimum of 30 minutes of opening time (with access to toilet facilities) after the terminal hour for the supply of alcohol.
The Police will be given 5 working days written notice prior to any organised functions that may take place at the premises.
Public Safety
All pre-arranged functions will be limited to pre-booked places, the maximum of which will take into account the safety levels required by the Fire Authority.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
All customers will be encouraged to vacate the premises in an orderly manner and suitable signs will be displayed at the premises to ensure this.
All music and other entertainment will cease by or prior to the end of the sale of alcohol.
All music will be reduced in volume before midnight.
No drinking will be allowed outside the premises after 2300 Hours.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Children will not be permitted on the premises after 2100 Hours unless consuming or having consumed a meal.
Children under 16 will only be permitted on the premises when accompanied by an adult.
Soft drinks and food will be readily available for children.
