The Premise will be an active participant in any local Pubwatch scheme (whilst such a scheme is in existence).
All bar staff to be trained in their responsibilities with regard to the sale of alcohol and the requirements of the premises licence.
Training record shall be kept and made available for inspection upon request by a Police Officer or Officer of the Licensing Authority.

Signage asking customers to ‘please leave quietly’ to be displayed.
Deliveries to the premises shall not be made between 2200 hours and 0800 hours.
Bottles and rubbish shall not be disposed of outside the building between 2200 hours and 0800 hours.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Challenge 25 - There shall be in place for the premises a policy to prevent the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. The policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 25 to produce proof of age.
All bar staff shall be trained on the Challenge 25 Policy.
Notices shall be displayed in the bar informing customers that a Challenge 25 Policy is operated.
The premises licence application indicated that adult entertainment, services or activities will not be provided. Therefore the premises may not provide adult entertainment (that is, lap dancing, pole dancing, striptease, etc.).
