The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The licensee shall not permit the use of the licensed premises to become a nuisance to persons in the neighbourhood and, in particular, shall take all necessary precautions to prevent persons in the neighbourhood being disturbed by noise. The licensee shall comply with any noise standard specified by the Licensing Authority.
When required by the Licensing Authority, automatic control of the volume output from any musical equipment shall be installed and set at a level as directed by the Licensing Authority.
Music/entertainment must cease on time and the premises cleared of Patrons at the end of the permitted time.
Patio doors to be kept closed after 2300 hours whilst music/entertainment is taking place.
Karaoke, live music entertainment within the Marisco Inn shall cease at 2300 provided that this requirement does not apply if there is nobody in residence at the neighbouring premises, namely The White House, 8 Marine Avenue, Sutton on Sea.
At all times amplified music shall be at a level which will not cause a Statutory
noise nuisance at the nearest sensitive property.
