All staff will be trained in all licensing issues.
Alcohol will only be supplied to diners or persons awaiting a takeaway order.
The licence holder will be regularly present.

No special offers will be made on alcohol sales.

We will adhere to all Fire Safety and Food Safety legislation.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
Recorded Music will be background only.
e) The protection of children from harm
Alcohol will only be sold and supplied to persons who appear to be under the age of 21 upon production of proof of age.
'Challenge 21' Notices will be displayed regarding the need for ID to prevent underage sales.
