The Authorities local licensing policy has been considered in the preparation of this application. No new steps have been identified that are not already covered under the Licensing Act 2003 or other legislation in relation to the four licensing objectives, except as below.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
A tamper resistant CCTV system shall be installed, maintained in working order and operated at the premises and must be fit for the purpose by complying with the following conditions;
a) The CCTV shall be used to record colour images to assist in the identification of individuals during all hours that the premises are open to the public.
b) The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 21 days.
c) All CCTV recordings must be made available to Lincolnshire Police on request.

The Protection of Children from Harm
A written proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
Challenge 21 shall be operated at the premises.
A training program for sales staff shall be implemented in regard to under age sales of alcohol and a written record of such training retained for a period of no less than 12 months.
Notices shall be displayed to indicate that it is illegal for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or anyone over 18 to attempt to purchase alcohol for a person under 18.
