The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The licence holder will co-operate with the Police and Licensing Authority in respect of all large 5000 capacity outdoor events. This will include the preparation of:
1. A drugs policy
2. A crowd control policy/major incident plan
The licence holder will endeavour to give at least 28 days notice of any major event to Police and Local Authority
Public Safety
The licence holder will undertake risk assessments in respect of outdoor events. The risk assessments must be adaptable to allow for different events with prepared generic risk assessments. The licence holder will endeavour to notify the Fire Authority of any changes 28 days before the event.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Terminal hours for outdoor events (not including marquees) will cease at 2300 hours
The licence holder will co-operate with the responsible authorities to ensure speakers in the grounds are sited in locations which will cause the least impact
A traffic management policy will be in force for large events
