Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent With the Operating Schedule
General
A tariff of charges made in the refreshment house shall, during the hours of late night opening, be kept displayed so that it can conveniently be read by persons frequenting the refreshment house, before entering.
Persons shall not seek to obtain custom for the refreshment house by means of personal solicitation outside or in the vicinity of the refreshment house.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The premises licence holder will provide a written Drugs Policy detailing the actions to be undertaken to minimise the opportunity to use or supply illegal substances within the premises.
Public Safety

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The premises licence holder will ensure that measures are in place in order to undertake regular clearance of litter (generated by Patrons) from the outside areas and immediate vicinity of the premises.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
