The Prevention of Public Nuisance
A bin will be provided and litter will be cleared in the vicinity of the premises.
All loading and unloading to be undertaken during normal working hours and deliveries are received at the back of the premises where possible.
The Protection of Children from Harm
There shall be in place for the premises a policy to prevent the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. The policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 to produce proof of age.
A refusals register will be kept and available for inspection.
