  A tamper proof digital CCTV system shall be installed, maintained in working order and operated at the premises and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public. All recordings shall be stored for a minimum period of 31 days. Recordings shall be made available upon the receipt of a reasonable request by an authorised Officer of the Police.

                       Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by the premises licence holder.

   

  Staff shall be suitably trained in the contents of the Challenge 25 Proof of Age Policy. The training to include the correct procedure to be followed when refusing service.
