The provision of a minimum of 30 minutes of opening time (with access to toilet facilities) after the terminal hour for the supply of alcohol.
All staff shall be suitably trained for their job function in the operating standards for the premises and the contents of the premises licence. The training shall be under constant review.
The staff training will include the identification and recognition of drunks and the correct procedure to be followed when refusing service.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
A written drugs policy will be in place for the premises. Staff will be trained with regard to the content of the drugs policy and their responsibilities. Regular refresher training will also be undertaken.
A tamper resistant CCTV system shall be installed, maintained in working order and operated at the premises and CCTV images shall be retained for a period of no less than 28 days.
Subject to a reasonable request and agreement of the Data Controller images shall be released to Lincolnshire Police so long as the Data Controller is happy to do so in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
There shall be provided at the premises door supervisors who are registered with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to such a number as the management of the premises consider are sufficient to control the entry of persons to the premises and for the keeping of order in the premises when they are used for a licensable activity.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The licence holder will ensure that procedures are in place to manage the departure of customers from the premise in order to minimise any risk of public nuisance.
Signage will be in place at the premises asking customers to “Please leave quietly”.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A Challenge 25 proof of age policy to be applied at the premises with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
