There shall be provided at the premises door supervisors to such a number, if any, as the management of the premises consider are sufficient to control the entry of persons to the premises and for the keeping of order in the premises when they are used for a licensable activity.

When live or recorded music is taking place between 2300 and 0200, all external doors and windows shall be kept closed between these times whilst the activities are taking place, save for entry & exit to the premises.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
No activities are proposed that may give rise to concern in respect of children but should any activities occur that may give rise to concern in respect of children then suitable measures and restrictions shall be implemented.
Annex 3 – Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licensing Authority
1. A drugs policy must be in place for the premises, which shall meet the approval of the licensing authority, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, and shall contain provision for the proper disposal of any illegal drugs found on the property. The policy shall be adhered to at all times.
2. There shall be in place for the premises a written challenge 21 proof of age scheme designed to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years to produce valid photographic identification proofing that he/she is 18 years of age or older. Failure to produce satisfactory proof of age will result in a refused sale. People that are known as being over 18 or have previously been asked for proof of age (and proved that they are over 18) will not be required to continually produce any proof of age.

4. The accepted means of proof of age in relation to the proof of age policy will be:
Passport
Photocard Driving Licence

Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police
5. A refusals register will be kept and maintained at the premises and made available on request to the Responsible Authorities.
6. A working and suitable CCTV system will be installed at the premises. The CCTV system will be maintained and operated at all times the premises is open to the public for licensable activities. Recordings from CCTV shall be made available to Lincolnshire Police upon request.
7. Appropriate training will be given to all staff regarding the Drugs Policy and the Challenge 21 policy.
The above conditions were amended to read as above following a Consent Order issued by Skegness Magistrates Court on 28th September 2010. The Consent Order amended the original decision by the Licensing Authority following an agreement between the Licensing Authority and the applicant.
