The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The licence holder will ensure that procedures are in place to manage the departure of customers from the premise in order to minimise any risk of public nuisance.
Customers allowed the use of the beer garden until closing time.
We will phase out standard glasses and replace with toughened glasses.
The provision of live music will be limited to a maximum of four musicians.
The Protection of Children from Harm
There must be no children under the age of 12 on the premises after 2100 hours and no children of 17 or younger on the premises after 2300 hours.
No adult entertainment will be provided.
Annex 3 – Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licensing Authority
1. A minimum number of 2 SIA registered door supervisors will be on duty from 2100hrs until
close during the following times:-
On Friday, Saturday and Sunday of any Bank Holiday weekend
On Friday and Saturday from the second weekend in June to the second
weekend in September inclusive
On Friday and Saturday immediately before and immediately after Christmas
On Christmas Eve
On New Year's Eve
2. A record/log book shall be kept on the premises by the Designated Premises Supervisor of
every person employed on the premises as a door supervisor. The record shall be retained for
a period of 12 months from date of completion and contain the following details:-
The door supervisor's name;
His/her Security Industry Authority Licence Number
The time and date he/she commenced and concluded their duty
The door supervisors shall sign each entry
The Designated Premises Supervisor or other authorised person shall also endorse each entry as having checked the authenticity of the individual door supervisor.
That record shall be available for inspection on demand by an Authorised Officer of the
Council, the Security Industry Authority or a Police Constable.
3. CCTV system shall be maintained to the satisfaction of Lincolnshire Police. The images
recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than
28 days and be endorsed with the accurate relevant time and date. Recordings shall be
provided to officers of Lincolnshire Police on request. Officers of the Lincolnshire Police shall
be permitted access to the system at any reasonable time. (Hearing 24 August 2010)
