General
The premises shall operate with alcohol sales as ancillary to the general operation as a wholesale outlet for miscellaneous and government surplus equipment.
Alcohol will be stored within the warehouse and commercial buildings of the business – there will be customer, or customer’s courier collection, from the premises only.
There shall be no single unit sales of alcohol (i.e. individual bottles, cans, etc.).
The sale of alcohol shall be for consumption off the premises only.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The premises will be covered by a working and recording CCTV camera system.
