The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Whenever the Designated Premises Supervisor is not at the premises a responsible person nominated by them will be left in charge of the management of the premises.
Public Safety
The premises will comply with the Fire Precautions (workplace) Regulations 1997.
All fire equipment is checked annually.
All members of staff will be aware of the location of the fire fighting equipment and how to use it.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Members of staff will ask people to leave quietly at the end of the evening.
Signs will be displayed at the entrance/exit to the premises asking customers to respect the neighbours.
At all time the Designated Premises Supervisor or other person responsible shall ensure the level of noise emitting from the premises shall be kept to a minimum.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Only persons aged 18 and over will sell alcohol (with the exception of persons on a government approved training scheme).
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide ID to prove that they are over the age of 18. Only the UK photo driving licence, passport or government approved PASS cards will be accepted as proof of age.
Proof of age checks will take place inside the premises by staff whenever they have doubt about a persons age.
The gaming machines will be sited close to the bar and will be well supervised.
