  Annex 3 – Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licensing Authority

  A working noise limiting device shall be installed, fitted and maintained in such a manner as to control all sources of amplified music and voices at the premises. The device shall be approved by the Environment Team (of East Lindsey District Council) and will be set to a level agreed with the Environment Team. The noise limiter to be fully functioning and working to the agreed limits at the premise no later than 31 July 2009.
