General
The sale of Late Night Refreshment will only be served through a hatch to persons standing outdoors after 2359 Hours and the main door to the premises will be locked.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
A working CCTV system to be installed to monitor both inside and outside the premises, recordings to be kept for a minimum of 31 days.
Public Safety

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Clear and legible notices will be displayed to remind customers to leave quietly.
Late night customers will be requested to leave the premises quickly and quietly.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Annex 3 - Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licensing Authority
Mr Ismet Kekec will not have any contact with customers who enter the premises. He will not interact with customers, serve customers and he will not make deliveries.
The above condition was placed on the premises licence as the result of a premises licence review hearing held on 25 August 2017.
