The Prevention of Public Nuisance
There shall be provided at the premises door supervisors To such a number, if any, as the management of the premises consider are sufficient to control the entry of persons to the premises and for the keeping of order in the premises when they are used for a licensable activity, following a full risk assessment by the management, or at anytime to such a number, following information and intelligence, from Lincolnshire Police, that suggests the need for door supervisors.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
No activities are proposed that may give rise to concern in respect of children but should any activities occur that may give rise to concern in respect of children then suitable measures and restrictions shall be implemented.

N.B. On 4 April 2007 the Licensing Act 2003 Sub-Committee reminded the applicant that the premise was subject to a planning permission, which restricted the hours during which the outside garden area could be used. Furthermore nothing in the premises licence superseded the planning restraint and while the planning condition remained in force the premise must be used in accordance with planning requirements.
