General
All staff shall be suitably trained for their job function in the operating standards for the premises and the contents of the premises licence. The training shall be under constant review.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The premises licence holder will provide a written drugs policy detailing the actions to be undertaken to minimize the opportunity to use or supply illegal substances within the premises.
There shall be displayed at the premises notices informing customers of the venues ‘No Drugs’ Policy.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Notices will be posted at egress points asking customers to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and surrounding area quietly.
All external windows and doors will be kept closed (except for normal access and egress) whilst indoor regulated entertainment is being provided.
The provision of amplified music will be restricted to the inside of the building in the part of the premises known as the Queens Room.
No outdoor events or outdoor consumption of alcohol will take place after 2200 Hours.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A proof of age policy to be applied at the premises with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
Any children on the licensed premises will be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
The venue at the premises known as the Golfer’s Lounge Bar will not be open to persons under the age of 18 years.
