The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18 years except in the restaurant when taking a meal and proof of age/identity will be required from those who appear to be under age.
Public Safety
No more than 200 persons will be allowed in the Function Room at any one time and no more than 100 persons in the bars and dining area; and no more than 230 persons in the entire premises at any one time.
There will be external lighting to the area at the front of the premises, which incorporates the car park.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Live music will be provided principally in the Function Room (as marked on the plan deposited with the Licensing Authority)
The Protection of Children from Harm
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
Citizencard
Portman Prove it Card
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
A register will be kept behind the bar to recall the refusals of sales to young people.
Amusements with prizes machines will be in a clearly visible location from the bar.
