The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
A CCTV system shall be installed and maintained in working order and operated at the premises to the satisfaction of Lincolnshire Police, specifically:
a) There shall be a minimum of one high-resolution colour camera complete with an auto iris vari-focal lens fitted to each public entrance. Door entrance cameras must be capable of providing good quality head and shoulder images of 120% rotakin, including facial captures, of all persons entering the premises.
b) There shall be sufficient cameras able to cope with the normal operating illumination, located within the premises to cover all licensed public areas.
c) Police and/or Licensing Officers shall be able on attendance to view immediate playback of any incident without the necessity for download, and those images shall be of such quality and content as to provide a clear overview of an incident, in any case the frame rate should not fall below 6 fps (frames per second).
d) All equipment shall have constant time/date generation.
e) Recordings must be kept for a minimum of 31 days and endorsed with the accurate, correct time/date (BST/GMT).
f) Recordings of incidents at the premises must be made secure for inspection by the police and provided after lawful request.
g) Recording equipment shall be housed in a secure room/cabinet where access and operation is strictly limited to authorised persons.
h) The medium holding the recorded images shall contain any playback software which allows playback of the images at full screen resolution with forward, reverse replay, including pause and slow motion.
i) A monitor connected to the CCTV system shall be sited near to the pay counter to view live CCTV images in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Subject to a suitable request and agreement of the Data Controller images shall be released to Lincolnshire Police so long as the Data Controller is happy to do so in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

The Protection of Children from Harm
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
No activities are proposed that may give rise to concern in respect of children but should any activities occur that may give rise to concern in respect of children then suitable measures and restrictions shall be implemented.
