The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The provision of live music will be limited to a maximum of five performers.
All doors and windows shall be kept closed (except for reasonable access and egress) whenever Regulated Entertainment is being provided within the Premises.
When Regulated Entertainment in being provided within the Licensed Premises all access to and egress from the same shall be through the main entrance lobby which is shown on drawing number TF/MS/LIC01 (as submitted with the application for a Premises License) and the doors to this lobby shall not be propped open.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Challenge 21 - There shall be in place for the premises a policy to prevent the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. The policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 21 to produce proof of age.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
The premises licence application indicated that adult entertainment, services or activities will not be provided. Therefore the premises may not provide adult entertainment (that is, lap dancing, pole dancing, striptease, etc.).
