The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
A CCTV system shall be installed and maintained in working order and operated at the premises to the satisfaction of Lincolnshire Police, specifically:
a) There shall be a minimum of one high resolution camera fitted in a weatherproof housing, for external coverage of each entrance.
b) There shall be a minimum of one high-resolution colour camera fitted to each public entrances/exits to provide a quality head and shoulder image for facial recognition/identification purposes of all persons entering the premises.
c) There shall be sufficient cameras able to cope with the normal operating illumination, located to cover all internal licensed areas and all external drinking areas.
d) Recordings must be kept for a minimum of 31 days and endorsed with the accurate, correct time/date (BST/GMT adjusted).
e) The frame rate should be maintained to an optimum of 25 frames per second (real time) where practicable and should in any case not fall below 6 fps.
f) Police and/or Licensing Officers shall be able on attendance to view playback of any incident without the necessity for download.
g) Recordings of incidents at the premises must be provided to the police following lawful request.
h) Recording equipment shall be housed in a secure room/cabinet where access and operation is strictly limited to authorised persons.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
All doors and windows shall be kept closed (except to allow reasonable access and egress) whenever Regulated Entertainment is provided within the Premises.
The License Holder shall ensure that all Regulated Entertainment is kept at a volume that can be reasonably contained by the structure of the premises so as to ensure that the occupiers of nearby residential properties are not exposed to undue noise.
If instructed in writing by the Environment Team of this Council an automatic noise limiting device shall be installed (within 28 days of such an instruction being made) and maintained within the premises and all amplified music and voices shall be performed/played through this device. The noise limiting device shall be set as directed by the Environment Team of this Council.
Clear signs will be erected at all exist asking customers to respect the needs of nearby residents and not create undue noise whilst using the external areas of the premises and whilst leaving the premises and the area of the same.
Should customers generate undue noise whilst using the external areas of the Premises the License holder will take reasonable steps to deal with this noise so as to ensure that nearby residents are not subjected to undue noise.
The area immediately surrounding the premises will be cleared of litter (e.g. containers, wrapping, etc.) on a daily basis.
Arrangements will be put in place to ensure that contractors and suppliers, etc. do not load or unload at the premises between 1800 and 0830 hours.
The Protection of Children from Harm
No children will be allowed on the premises after 2100 hours without a responsible adult.
