The Authorities local licensing policy has been considered in the preparation of this application. No new steps have been identified that are not already covered under the Licensing Act 2003 or other legislation is relation to the four licensing objective, except as below:-

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
PPN4 – All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency and for entry and exit to the premises.
PPN7 – There shall be placed at the exit from the premises a notice requesting customers to leave the premises quietly.
PPN16 – No music or speech shall be relayed via external speakers
If it is deemed to be necessary by the Environment Team of East Lindsey District Council (ELDC) a noise-limiting device shall be installed and maintained within the premises and all amplified music and voices shall be performed/played through this device. The device shall be set in agreement with the Environment Team, so as to ensure that where amplified music or voices are performed/played within the premises and the entertainment takes place on more than two occasions per week or continues after 23:00 hours, noise from the same shall be inaudible within any residential properties (assuming that residential windows are kept open for the purpose of ventilation). Where entertainment takes place on up to two occasions per week and concludes by 23:00, noise from the same shall be barely audible within any residential properties.
Where deemed to be necessary by the Environment Team of East Lindsey District Council (ELDC) the Licensee shall submit a scheme for the provision of additional soundproofing to the premises. This scheme shall be agreed in writing with the Environment Team and works referred to within that scheme shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Environment Team.
Where deemed to be necessary by the Environment Team of East Lindsey District Council any openings in the external fabric of the premises must be acoustically sealed to the satisfaction of the Environment Team.
The holder of the Premises Licence and/or DPS shall respond to any complaint during any event where regulated entertainment is taking place and a response to the complaint shall be given in writing and record kept of such response with full details of the complaint and action taken, if any, for a period of no less than 12 months.
No takeaway sales shall take place between 0000 and 0500.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
