The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The Licensee shall maintain the existing CCTV system.
The Licensee shall retain recordings for 14 days, which will be delivered to the Police on request (subject to the Data Protection Act 1998).
Sufficient SIA licensed doorstaff will be employed to control customers in, arriving at and leaving the premises when regulated entertainment is offered after 0000 hours.
No customers apparently carrying open bottle upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any times when they are open for licensable activities (unless they have been lawfully using the external seating area).
Best endeavours will be used to prevent customers from taking drinks onto the streets.
Not less than 15 working days written notice will provided to the Licensing Authority and Lincolnshire Police when Event Days are planned. The hours of the Event Days to be agreed with the Police who will have an absolute veto (not to be unreasonably withheld). A record of the dates of the Event days will be kept in a register on the premises.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance in nearby residential properties.
The premises will operate under a dispersal policy a copy of which will be made available upon request to a Responsible Authority.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
International Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Military ID Card
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police
No adult entertainment may be provided at the premises (where ‘adult entertainment’ is defined as ‘relevant entertainment’ as found in Schedule 3 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (as amended by Section 27 of the Policing & Crime Act 2009)) – that is ‘any live performance of live display of nudity which is of such a nature that, ignoring financial gain, it must reasonably be assumed to be provided solely or principally for the purpose of sexually stimulating any member of an audience (whether by verbal or other means). In this condition an audience can consist of just one person (e.g. in a private booth).
