Alcohol shall not be sold unless the premises is set apart for the service of table meals/bar meals and alcohol is only sold or supplied to persons as ancillary to their table or bar meals.
All staff will be given suitable training for their role on induction and written records will be kept.
Training will be regularly reviewed.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
A CCTV system shall be installed, recording and maintained in working order and operated at the premises to the satisfaction of Lincolnshire Police, specifically:
a) There shall be a minimum of one high-resolution colour camera fitted to the public entrance/exit to provide a quality head and shoulder image for facial recognition/identification purposes of all persons entering the premises.
b) There shall be sufficient cameras able to cope with the normal operating illumination to cover all licensed public areas.
c) Recordings must be kept for a minimum of 31 days and endorsed with the accurate, correct time/date (BST/GMT adjusted).
d) The frame rate should be maintained to an optimum of 25 frames per second (real time) where practicable and should in any case not fall below 6 fps.
e) Police and/or Licensing Officers shall be able on attendance to view playback of any incident without the necessity for download.
f) Recordings of incidents at the premises must be provided to the police following lawful request.
g) Recording equipment shall be housed in a secure room/cabinet where access and operation is strictly limited to authorised persons.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The holder of the premises licence will ensure that prominent and clear notices / instructions are displayed at all relevant exit and entrance points instructing customers and staff to respect the needs of local residents and not to cause unnecessary noise when they leave or are in the vicinity of the premises. A contact number will be provided for any persons living in the vicinity to use. A record of all complaints will be kept and details of the action will be taken and recorded.
The licence holder will arrange for litter dropped in the vicinity of the licensed premises to be collected and removed at the licence holder’s expense..
The Protection of Children from Harm
Challenge 21 Policy - A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
The licence holder shall ensure a sales refusal register is maintained to include details of all alcohol sales refused and the reason for refusal. The refusals register should be made available to a Police Officer or authorised officer on request.
The premises licence application indicated that adult entertainment, services or activities will not be provided. Therefore the premises may not provide adult entertainment (that is, lap dancing, pole dancing, striptease, etc.).
