All staff shall be suitably trained for their job function in the operating standards for the premises and the contents of the premises licence. The training shall be under constant review.
The primary operation of the premises shall be whereby the sale of alcohol is ancillary to the sale of food and hot beverages.

The delivery of goods and collection of refuse will be restricted to the daytime.
The Protection of Children from Harm
The premises licence holder shall ensure that a sales refusal register is maintained at the premises. The refusal register to include details of all alcohol sales refused and reason for refusal. The refusals register shall be made available on request to a Police Officer or an Authorised Officer of the Licensing Authority. All entries in the register shall be maintained for no less than twelve months.
A Challenge 25 proof of age policy to be applied at the premises with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by the premises licence holder.
Signage in relation to the Challenge 25 Proof of Age Policy will be prominently displayed at the premises.
