This premises licence has been granted subject to the relevant embedded conditions and restrictions contained in the Children and Young Persons Act 1933, the Licensing Act 1964 and other relevant legislation (unless the conditions or restrictions have been removed as a result of the variation of the premises licence). The conditions and restrictions (in respect of this premises licence) to include the following:

Licence to be restricted to the occasions that a function is booked at the Community Centre.
Annex 2 – Conditions Consistent With the Operating Schedule
General
The DPS or a Personal Licence Holder will be on the premises whenever alcoholic drinks are being sold.
The DPS will be aware of other occasions alcohol is to be consumed to enable Police consultation.
The Booking Secretary will be fully aware of the nature of all functions e.g. the likely numbers attending and how many children are in that number.
The Booking Secretary will ensure hirers are aware of the conditions of hiring the community centre.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Will meet with Police requests and requirements regarding door supervisors.
There will be no multiple bottled drinks offers.
Membership of local Pubwatch
Security lighting in Car Park
Public Safety
Licensee to submit to the Licensing Authority every 3 years Electrical Safety Certificate and RCD Certificate
Provisions of First Aid
Adequate gangways will be provided when seating is laid out within premises.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
If necessary windows will be kept closed during periods of regulated entertainment.
Hirers will be made aware of the need to monitor external music volume.
Music will be kept to a reasonable level
Signage asking customers to “Please leave quietly”
Litter will be regularly cleared from the car park
The Protection of Children from Harm
There will be no adult entertainment at the premises.
There will be no gaming machines at the premises.
Children under 16 will only be permitted on the premises when accompanied by a responsible adult.
Alcohol will only be sold and supplied to persons who appear to be under the age of 18 upon production of proof of age card or other satisfactory proof of age.
