The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
a) by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), where the film has been classified by that Board, or
b) by the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20(3)(b) (74(3)(b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.

The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The Village Hall Committee will endeavour to ensure that the village hall is used in a proper manner both for own use and private hire.
Notices regarding under age drinking and drugs policy will be displayed at the premises.
Public Safety
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Music will be kept to a reasonable level.
Litter clearance forms part of the hire contract and is enforced.
Patrons entering and leaving the village hall will be supervised to ensure that they leave quietly.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Children under 18 will only be permitted on the premises when accompanied by an adult.
