The primary operation of the premises shall be as a brewery and sales of alcohol for consumption on site shall be ancillary and incidental to the primary operation as stated.
Staff will be trained with regard to their responsibilities in the retail sale of alcohol and regular refresher training will also be undertaken. Training records will be maintained and must be made available for inspection upon reasonable request by the Police or other relevant officers of a responsible authority.
A sales refusal register will be operated and maintained at the premises. The refusal register to include details of all alcohol sales refused and reason for refusal. The refusals register shall be made available on request to a Police Officer or an Authorised Officer of the Licensing Authority.

Notices must be clearly displayed by all exit doors reminding customers to leave the area quietly.
A register of noise complaints must be maintained at the premises and this must include details of the action taken in respect of each noise complaint. The register will be made available for inspection upon reasonable request by the Police or other relevant officers of a responsible authority.
