The premises will liaise and co-operate with the Responsible Authorities.
A Challenge 21 Scheme shall operate at the premises in relation to the sale of alcohol. Any person who appears to be under 21 years of age shall not be sold alcohol unless they produce an acceptable form of identification (passport or driving licence or PASS accredited scheme).
SIA registered door supervisors to be provided at the discretion of the DPS for indoor areas of the premises upon receipt of any information from the Police that serious disorder is likely to occur at the premises where licensable activities are to take place.

Adult entertainment will not take place at the premises.

Annex 3 – Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licensing Authority
1. Windows and doors shall be kept closed when regulated musical entertainment (including karaoke) is provided between the hours of 2300 and 0300 the following morning except for access and egress from the premises.
2. No licensable activities to take place outside unless a working CCTV system is in place and is of a quality that is to the reasonable satisfaction of Lincolnshire Police.
3. A risk assessment shall be carried out for all large outdoor events in consultation with the East Lindsey Safety Advisory Group.
4. SIA registered door supervisors shall be employed for large outdoor events taking place on the beach, if deemed necessary, by the risk assessment.
