This premises licence does not authorise the provision of boxing entertainment.
Manager to be a Personal Licence Holder.
Staff Training to ensure alcohol is not sold to persons under age or who are drunk and disorderly.
24 Hour radio or telephone contact with Park Security Staff.
SIA Registered Door Staff to be on duty on such occasions as are agreed with the Police.
Observation of BBPA’S code of practice for responsible drinks retailing.
DPS to be contactable by the Police in the event of an emergency.
An incident book will be maintained in which will be recorded all incidents of crime and disorder. Such book will be reviewed regularly by the DPS.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Drinks in open containers may not be removed from the premises apart from being taken on to the Patio at the Southview Hotel (as marked on the plan deposited with the Licensing Authority) and the external licensed area abutting the Southview Leisure Centre (as marked on the plan deposited with the Licensing Authority).
Any CCTV will be kept in working order and the Police will be allowed immediate access during working hours.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The Licensee will provide the Licensing Authority with the name of a dedicated person and his or her telephone number and will publicise those details to enable any noise complaints to be made contemporaneously and resolved promptly. Such details will be promptly updated as frequently as is necessary.
The Licensee will ensure that noise measurements are taken before and during each event to ensure that the music noise level does not exceed the background noise level by more than 15dB(A) over a 15 minute period (the noise level should be the arithmetical average of the hourly LA90 measured over the last 4 hours of the proposed music event).
If required by a request made in writing by the Environmental Protection Team of East Lindsey District Council, a frequency weighted noise limiter shall be installed with levels set and maintained as required by the Environmental Protection Team.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Alcohol will only be sold and supplied to persons who appear to be under the age of 21 upon production of proof of age.
Soft drinks will always be available for purchase and consumption on the premises.
Supervision to ensure that AWP Machines are not used by Children.
No adult entertainment is to be provided.
