General
All staff shall be suitably trained for their job function in the operating standards for the premises and the contents of the premises licence. The training shall be under constant review.
Whenever the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) is absent from the premises, the sale of alcohol will be undertaken by trained staff authorised by the DPS.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The premises licence holder (or nominated person) will ensure that the area abutting the
premise is regularly cleaned to ensure that litter is removed and properly disposed.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A proof of age policy to be applied at the premises with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
Annex 3 – Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licensing Authority
Music will not be played on the external terrace and there shall be no public address system on the terrace. (7 June 2007)
A prominent and clear notice shall be displayed on the external terrace and next to the door leading from the interior of the premises to the external premise asking customers to be quiet so as not to disturb neighbours. (7 June 2007)
