Wherever possible a Personal Licence holder will be on duty during opening hours.
Staff Training on licensing issues will be undertaken.

The premises will be fitted with CCTV.
Notices will be displayed requiring good standards of behaviour in and around the shop will be displayed, as will notices requesting respect for the staff, premises and other customers and local residents.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Litter bins will be provided and litter clearance will be undertaken in and around the surrounding area.
Deliveries will be in a designated area and no night deliveries will be allowed.
The Protection of Children from Harm
There shall be in place for the premises a policy to prevent the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. The policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 to produce proof of age.
We operate a refusals register and all staff actively maintain these records.
Notices will be displayed advising customers that they operate an age restricted policy.
