The premises shall belong and regularly attend the meeting of any local 'Pubwatch' Scheme (whilst there is such a scheme operating).
Intoxicating liquor may only be supplied to:
(i) A person who is a member of the Remington Club and whose name, address and date of membership are recorded in the Register of Members which is kept on the licensed premises and available for inspection by Officers of the Licensing Authority and Police Officers.
(ii) A guest introduced by a Member of the Club whose details are recorded in the Club's Register of Visitors and which is also available for inspection by Officers of the Licensing Authority and Police Officers.
(iii) A person who is visiting the licensed premises in connection with a pre-arranged game,match, function or other event organised or sponsored by the Club, the details whereof are recorded in the Register referred to in (ii) above.
(iv) A person attending a pre-arranged private function.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Drinks in open containers may not be removed from the premises.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Members of the Club and visitors will be enclouraged by notices and other measures to leave the premises quietly.
The Protection of Children from Harm
There shall be in place a written policy to prevent sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. The police shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 25 to produce one of the following forms of identification:
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Photo Driving Licence
Passport
Citizen Card supported by the Home Office
Official ID Card issued by Her Majesty's Forces or a Member Country of the European Union bearing a photograph of the holder and the holder's date of birth.
Notices shall be displayed in the premises and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read which indicate that it is unlawful for person under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
The premises licence application indicated that adult entertainment, services or activities will not be provided. Therefore the premises may not provide adult entertainment (that is, lap dancing, pole dancing, striptease, etc.).
