A Personal Licence Holder will be present on the premises when the supply of alcohol is undertaken.
All staff to be the subject of ongoing training in relation to licensing issues by the DPS.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
CCTV will be installed at the premises. The CCTV will be recording at all times the premises is open and copies of such will be provided to Police, and any other responsible authority, upon request.
A drugs policy to be in place and signs to be displayed within the premises advising customers of the policy.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Levels of noise emanating from the premises to be monitored by staff and noise to be kept to a reasonable level.
The premises have had additional sound insulation fitted.
Doors and windows are kept shut during periods of entertainment.
The two sets of doors that provide access from the main room to the external areas at the rear of the premises shall be used as a sound-attenuating lobby during periods of Regulated Entertainment.
No speakers shall be installed or used at/on the external areas of the Licensed Premises.
If instructed in writing by the Environment Team of the Regulatory Services business unit of this Council an Automatic noise limiting device shall be installed (within 28 days of such an instruction being made) and maintained within the premises and all amplified music and voices shall be performed/played through this device. The noise limiting device shall be set as directed by the Environment Team of the Regulatory Services business unit of this Council
Litter clearance to be performed nightly by staff.
The Protection of Children from Harm
No children are allowed on the premises unless accompanied by an adult
AWP Machines not to be used by Children.
Challenge 25 - There shall be in place for the premises a policy to prevent the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. The policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 25 to produce proof of age.
The premises licence application indicated that adult entertainment, services or activities will not be provided. Therefore the premises may not provide adult entertainment (that is, lap dancing, pole dancing, striptease, etc.).
