The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
All directions given by the Police will be complied with.
No drink shall be removed from the premises.
All incidents of crime and disorder in the premises shall be reported to the Police.
No drugs or drunken behaviour will be tolerated.
Whenever a designated premises supervisor is not at the premises, another individual must be nominated as being the responsible person nominated by the designated premises supervisor to manage the premises and they must have the contact details of the designated premises supervisor.
Public Safety
When the public, members or guests are present, the lighting levels in all parts of the premises shall be capable of providing sufficient illumination for the public, members or guests to leave the premises safely.
Emergency exits will be kept clear of any obstructions.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Alcohol will only be sold to persons takings meals.
Discourage noise from patrons arriving of leaving the premises by displaying appropriate notices.
The licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take place to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
Citizencard
Portman Prove it Card
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
There will be no AWP Machines on the premises.
