General
The premises shall be used for the purposes of a circus only.
Staff shall be suitably trained in the operating standards for the premises and relevant licensing issues.
The Premises Licence Holder shall give 6 months written notice to Lincolnshire Police Licensing Office, Lincolnshire Police Events Planning Officer, the Event Planning Manager for Lincolnshire Emergency Planning and the Fire Safety Officer for Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue, of any event, where it is intended or can be reasonably expected, that more than 499 persons will attend the event.
This notice will enable a decision as to the necessity for a Safety Advisory Group (SAG) for the event.
Such written notice shall also be given to the Responsible Authorities (Section 13(4) Licensing Act 2003 refers)
Such written notice will provide the following information:
1. The nature of the event.
2. The expected attendance of the event.
3. The date and times of the event.
The SAG or its equivalent, shall receive the finalised safety plan, completed to an acceptable standard in accordance with the Purple Guide or its equivalent document, at least 28 days in advance of each event.
The Premises Licence Holder shall comply with all recommendations from the SAG or its equivalent in relation to events to which this premises licence applies.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

Public Safety
The premises will operate in line with the premises licence holder’s Safety Policy Document deposited with the Licensing Authority.
Staff will supervise the public to ensure safe movement of the public throughout the licensable area.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The premises licence holder will ensure measures are in place to provide for the effective collection and removal of litter in the vicinity of the premise. Such collection to take place after the last performance of the day.
The Protection of Children from Harm
The premises will operate in line with the premises licence holder’s Child Protection Policy deposited with the Licensing Authority.
The premises licence application indicated that adult entertainment, services or activities will not be provided. Therefore the premises may not provide adult entertainment (that is, lap dancing, pole dancing, striptease, etc.).
