Licensable activities shall only be authorised for prebooked wedding receptions and bona fide charity events.
All staff shall be trained in their responsibilities with regard to the sale of alcohol and the conditions of the premises licence.
Training records shall be retained for a period of 12 months and made available for inspection upon request by a Police Officer or Authorised Officer of the Licensing Authority and include the specific training input, name of the trainer and endorsed by the trainer and each member of staff so trained.

Doors and windows will be kept shut (accept for normal access and egress) after 2300 Hours.
If requested by the Environmental Health Department of East Lindsey District Council the premises shall install a noise limiting device at a level to be agreed by the Environmental Health Department.
Any lighting on or outside the premises will be positioned and screened in such a way as to minimise disturbance to nearby residents.
