General
All staff shall be suitably trained for their job function in the operating standards for the premises and the contents of the premises licence. The training shall be under constant review.
The training will be recorded in documentary form that will be available for inspection upon reasonable request by a member of any relevant authority. The records will be retained for at least 12 months.
All staff shall be trained in the requirements of the Challenge 25 Policy the identification & recognition of drunks and the correct procedure to be followed when refusing service.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
An incident book shall be maintained to record any activity of a violent, criminal or anti social nature. The record will contain the time and date, the nature of the incident, the people involved, the action taken and details of the person responsible for the management of the premises at the time of the incident.
The incident book will be available for inspection upon reasonable request by an Officer of Lincolnshire Police or a member of any relevant authority. The records will be retained for at least 12 months.
A tamper resistant CCTV system shall be installed, maintained in working order and operated at the premises, in line with the recommendations of Lincolnshire Police, and CCTV images shall be retained for a period of no less than 31 days.
The CCTV system shall enable frontal identification of persons entering the premises. The system shall record in real time and operate whilst the premises are open for licensable activities.
Subject to a reasonable request and agreement of the Data Controller images shall be released to Lincolnshire Police so long as the Data Controller is happy to do so in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
There shall be placed in the premises, in a place where they can be seen and easily read by patrons, notices asking customers to respect the needs of local residents and asking customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A Challenge 25 proof of age policy to be applied at the premises with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
