No alcohol will be served to persons who appear to be under the influence of drink or drugs.

A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
Citizencard
Portman Prove it Card
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
All persons who appear to be under the age of 21 years shall be required to produce proof of age (as defined above).
Annex 3 – Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licensing Authority
The premises licence holder shall ensure that a sales refusal register is maintained at the premises. The refusal register to include details of all alcohol sales refused and reason for refusal. The refusals register shall be made available on request to a Police Officer or an Authorised Officer of the Licensing Authority.
The above condition was attached to the premises licence as a result of premises licence review hearing held on 6 August 2014.
