A personal licence holder will be on duty at the premises when the premises are open for the provision of a licensable activity or activities.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
A tamper proof CCTV system shall be installed, maintained in working order and operated at the premises and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public. Recordings must be kept for a minimum of 28 days and endorsed with the accurate, correct time/date (BST/GMT adjusted). Copies of recordings from the system shall be made available to Lincolnshire Police upon receipt of a reasonable request.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed (except for normal access and egress) when regulated entertainment is being provided.
All external doors shall be fitted with self-closing devices.
The internal doors of the acoustic lobbies shall be kept closed at all times (except for access and egress) and fitted with self-closing devices to prevent noise breakout from the premises.
A person nominated by the premises licence holder will assess the impact of any regulated entertainment on neighbouring premises at the start of such entertainment and periodically throughout such entertainment and take action to reduce noise levels if they are found to be distinguishable above normal background levels at the nearest residential property.
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises, in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices asking customers to respect the needs of local residents and requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
A frequency specific noise limiting device shall be supplied and fitted by the premises licence holder and set to a level agreed by East Lindsey District Council’s Environmental Health Team (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed). All amplified music shall be routed through this limiting device.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that during the final hour of operation on each day when the premises are open, appropriate announcements are made and/or images projected to remind patrons of the need to leave the premises quietly without causing annoyance, nuisance or disturbance to local residents and to advise patrons of any taxi free-phone or collection arrangements available upon the premises and an announcement will be made prior to closing requesting customers co-operation in leaving the premises and vicinity as quickly and quietly as possible.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that exits will be manned at closing time to ensure that patrons leave the area quickly and quietly.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that the car park will be manned from 2330 Hours until all customers have left the car park to ensure that customers leave the car park as quickly and quietly as possible.
The premises licence holder will, in respect of the immediate vicinity of the premises, provide facilities for the collection and deposit of litter generated by customers and take reasonable steps to ensure that the public areas immediately abutting the premises are regularly cleaned to ensure that they are kept reasonably free from litter.
The Protection of Children from Harm
There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 25 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:
A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
Photo driving licence
Passport
Any other means of identification approved by the premise licence holder.
