The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
SIA registered door staff will be employed at the premises at the discretion of the designated premises supervisor.
No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any times the premises are open to the public.
Where CCTV is installed with recording facilities such recordings shall be retained for a period of 30 days and made available within a reasonable time upon request by the Police.
Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed form the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose.
When the premises are open outside normal operating hours for televised sporting events of
national or international interest, such opening hours will be confirmed upon 15 working days
prior notice in writing to the police before the premises intend to open. Such notification will
include the opening times and the sporting event which is to be shown.
Public Safety

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Regulated entertainment will be restricted to the internal areas of the premises.
Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties.
All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
The lobbied door that serves the area edged in red on the plan deposited with the Licensing Authority (proposed area for regulated entertainment) is not to be used for general access or egress when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place. During such events this door shall be fitted with a prominent sign indicating that it is to be used for emergency egress only. General access and egress shall be through the lobbied door, which is located towards the front of the building.
No music or speech shall be relayed via external speakers other than for events with the prior approval of the Licensing authority.
The licensee or a nominated representative shall receive and respond to complaints throughout the duration of any noisy events.
Staff must be given adequate training to prevent them from causing unnecessary noise when they leave the premises and prominent, clear notices displayed at all points where staff leave the building must instruct them to respect the needs of the local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.

When required by the Licensing Authority, automatic control of the volume output from any musical equipment shall be installed and set at a level as directed by the Licensing Authority.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Children under the age of 16 shall not be permitted to enter the premises after 2100 hours.
