19. The licensee shall not permit the use of the licensed premises to become a nuisance to persons in the neighbourhood and, in particular, shall take all necessary precautions to prevent persons in the neighbourhood being disturbed by noise. The licensee shall comply with any noise standard specified by the Licensing Authority.
20. When required by the Licensing Authority, automatic control of the volume output from any musical equipment shall be installed and set at a level as directed by the Licensing Authority.

General
Staff Training on licensing issues.
Only persons staying/residing on the caravan park will be allowed admission to the venues providing the licensable activities. The general public will not be allowed access to these venues.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
CCTV will operate at these premises.
Any person who appears to be intoxicated will not be allowed entry to the premises.
Text/radio pagers will be used during trading hours.
Toughened glass will be used
Public Safety
A qualified medical first aider shall be present throughout any sporting entertainment involving wrestling, judo, karate or sport of a similar nature.
Where a ring is used it will be constructed by a competent person and shall be inspected by a competent authority before use and any material used to form the skirt of the ring shall be flame retardant.
Members of the public will not occupy any seat, which is closer than 2.5 metres to the ring.

The premises licence holder shall accept the following forms of ID as valid proof of age and identity:
1. A picture driving licence
2. Passport
3. PASS accredited proof of age card
4. Any other form of identification as approved or prescribed by the Secretary of State as a
mandatory condition.
