As the majority of licensable activites are already provided at the outlet, the premises already takes comprehensive steps to meet the licensing objectives.
No new steps have been identified that are not already covered under the Licensing Act 2003 or other legislation in relation to the four licensing objectives, except as below.
The Authorities local licensing policy has been considered in the preparation of this application.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
There shall be provided at the premises door supervisors to such a number, if any, as the management of the premises consider are sufficient to control the entry of persons to the premises and for the keeping of order in the premises when they are used for a licensable activity.

Signage asking customers to “Please leave quietly”.
When Regulated Entertainment is taking place, all windows and doors will be kept closed after 2300 hours except for entry and exit to the premises.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
