There shall be provided at the premises door supervisors to such a number, if any, as the management of the premises consider are sufficient to control the entry of persons to the premises and for the keeping of order in the premises when they are used for a licensable activity.

The Protection of Children from Harm
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
No activities are proposed that may give rise to concern in respect of children but should any activities occur that may give rise to concern in respect of children then suitable measures and restrictions shall be implemented.
Annex 3 – Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licensing Authority
A tamper resistant CCTV system shall be installed, maintained in working order and operated at the premises. Subject to a suitable request and agreement of the Data Controller images shall be released to Lincolnshire Police so long as the Data Controller is happy to do so in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
CCTV recordings must be kept for a minimum of 14 days and endorsed with the accurate time and date.
The above conditions resulted from a premises licence review hearing held on 23 January 2012.
• The rear doors that lead from the premises onto Gibraltar Road shall not be used by customers except in the event of an emergency.
• No glass or bottles shall be permitted to be taken outside from the premises between 2300 and 0800 Hours.
• There shall be no admission to the premises after 0300 Hours until close save for customers who may have temporarily left the premises (and can be identified by way of a stamp or other method) or to persons who are on a guest list or hold a VIP pass (such list or pass being issued at least 24 Hours prior).
