The provision of a minimum of 30 minutes of opening time (with access to toilet facilities) after the terminal hour for the supply of alcohol.
A Personal Licence Holder will be on site at all times.
Staff Training to NVQ level will be provided.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
No admission/re-admission to the premises will be allowed after 2330 hours on Friday and Saturday.
A key holder policy will be in place.
Local Pubwatch scheme.
Not less than 15 working days written notice will provided to the Licensing Authority and Lincolnshire Police when Event Days are planned. The Police will have 5 working days from receipt to reply if applicable with any comments and reasonable requests and the Designated Premises Supervisor will agree to comply with any such reasonable requests.
Public Safety
Function booking will be limited in numbers to 120.
Adequate seating will be provided.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The provision of a minimum 30 minute wind down period (with access to toilet facilities) after the terminal hour for the supply of alcohol.
Signage asking customers to “Please leave quietly”.
When live or recorded music is used all windows and external doors will be kept closed.
Rear car park will be used for all loading/unloading.
Live Music will cease at Midnight, recorded music will be restricted in volume after midnight to minimise nuisance.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof to include:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
Citizencard
Portman Prove it Card
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
All play equipment provided to British Standard and regularly checked, maintained and inspected.
Annex 3 – Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licensing Authority
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency.
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises (and in the beer garden) in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, notices asking customers to respect the needs of local residents and requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
The number of event days detailed in Annex 2 above shall be limited to 12
