Training will be given to staff on Crime & Disorder, Health & Safety and Child Protection issues.
The existing CCTV system with 16 cameras will be maintained and continue to operate.

The provision of live music at the premises will be infrequent no more than 2 nights per week.
All doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and aggress, in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
If required, noise limiting devices shall be installed on both the ground and first floors and all amplified music and voices shall be performed/played through these devices. These devices shall be set in agreement with the East Lindsey District Councils Environment Team so as to ensure that where amplified music or voices are performed/played within the licensed premises on more than 2 occasions per week or after 2300 hours noise from the same shall be inaudible within noise sensitive properties (assuming that residential windows are kept open for purpose of ventilation). Where entertainment is held on up to 2 occasions per week and concludes by 2300 hours entertainment noise shall be inaudible or barely audible within residential properties (assuming the residential windows are kept open for the purposes of ventilation).
N.B. The Environment Team reserves the right to require alteration to the settings of the noise limiting devices should noise problems occur in future.
The Protection of Children from Harm
There will be no adult entertainment on the premises.
There is a conservatory for children’s use and children will only be permitted on the premises when accompanied by an adult.
Any persons who appear to be under the age of 18 will be required to produce proof of age.
